Can I upgrade my Internet speeds?

Your internet speed is set according to the specifications of your property management company.   Speeds are not able to be adjusted. The base speed for your account is shared on all of your registered devices. 

Your connection to internet service is exclusive to your account. Connecting your devices to another resident’s account negatively impacts speeds and your browsing experience, as well as the browsing experience of others. Under no circumstances should you connect your devices with credentials that are not specific to your account.
