How do I connect my wireless printer to my company's Wi-Fi network? Follow
Follow these steps:
- Ask your office administrator for your suite-specific network name and password

Access the Home or Main Menu on your printer

Open Network Settings, then Wi-Fi Setup, if applicable

Select Wireless connection, if prompted

Choose your suite-specific network name from the list of available options

Enter your password using the LCD keyboard

Follow the onscreen prompts to complete setup or to connect to your suite-specific network, if not previously listed
Note: Some wireless printers require your computer to install printer-specific software. In this case, follow the printer's instructions to download and install said software online or using the CD that came with your printer. Some models may also require you to temporarily connect your computer to the printer using the included USB cable during setup.
The computer you wish to print from will need to be connected to your suite-specific network as well. In some cases, you may have to add the printer to your computer to print wirelessly. Refer to your computer’s control panel or system preferences for more information.
