Can I use my own personal router?

No - A personal router is not necessary as we use high-end access points to provide fast WiFi and wired ports on the same device. Adding a router will cause problems for you and your neighbors due to the overall network configuration. When you transition over to us as your internet provider, please disconnect any old hardware provided by your previous service provider(s).
